Make sure you have these items handy before you come in for your appointment.

  • A Customer Information Form. Please print off this form and fill it out before you come in. It will expedite the tax return process.

  • Copy of Current Drivers License for taxpayer and/or spouse unless you know we have a current copy. If you had to renew in the tax year, we will need a copy of the new license. This is required by law.

  • Copies of Social Security Cards for all who are on the tax return unless you know we have a current copy. This is required by law.

  • All Tax Statements sent to you if it says for income tax purposes. W2’s, 1099’s, mortgage statements, investments, interest statements, etc. If in doubt, then please bring it in.
